Guangzhou: Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis outclassed the Chinese pair of Shilin Xu-Xiaodi You to claim the Guangzhou Open title on Saturday.
The Indo-Swiss combination did not face too many problems from the local favourites on their way to a 6-3, 6-1 win.

The top seeds defeated the Israeli-Swedish combination of Julia Glushko and Rebecca Peterson 6-3, 6-4 in the semifinals recently.
Sania thus claimed her seventh title of the season. She has won six titles with Hingis this year including triumphs at Wimbledon and US Open.
The World no. 1 pair have also won WTA tour events in Indian Wells, Miami and Charleston.
