New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday announced that the Indian cricket team will tour Bangladesh in June 2015, to play a one-off Test and three ODIs.

India will play a Test at Fatullah from June 10-14 while the three ODIs will be played on 18th, 21st and 24th of the same month, all three of which will be played at Mirpur. Due to the typically rainy weather during that time of the year, all the ODIs have been allotted a reserve day.

India will arrive in Dhaka on June 7 and will have two days of training before the solitary Test at Fatullah which will host any test match after 9 years.

This will be India's first series after the World Cup but with a majority of the players playing in the Indian Premier League which ends on May 24, it remains to be seen if they do send a full-strength team to Bangladesh.

Bangladesh have never hosted a Test in the months of June, July, August and September, the period when rainfall is at its peak. But this year after the India series, South Africa will also tour Bangladesh throughout July and a few days in August.

Suresh Raina led India to victory against the hosts in a three-match ODI series last year but this will be the first time India meet Bangladesh in a Test after January 2010.

Schedule:

June 10-14: Test match, Fatullah

June 18 : First ODI, Dhaka

June 21 : Second ODI, Dhaka

June 24 : Third ODI, Dhaka
