Bangalore: Former Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa today welcomed the anointment of Narendra Modi as BJP's PM candidate saying he would support NDA and Modi.
Speaking to reporters here, Yeddyurappa who broke away from BJP to form his own regional party, said, "Modi has a mass appeal like Atalji and the people of India want change. People will accept Modji."
Yeddyurappa said: "The entire country is welcoming this decision and I will write a letter to him extending my support to his leadership."
