Karamsad (Gujarat), Aug 7: Yoga guru Swami Ramdev today declared that his movement at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi from August 9 will be "a decisive one".

Speaking to mediapersons at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birthplace, Ramdev declined to disclose whether the agitation will be in form of an indefinite fast or a sit-in protest.

"You will come to know of it on August 9 morning whether it would be an indefinite fast or a demonstration or a sit-in. This will be our first phase of agitation. We will decide our second phase, after the first phase is over", he said cryptically.

"This time, we are not going to be hemmed inside a 'chakra-vyuh' (gridlock). We have learnt much in the last one year.

"This time there is 99 per cent chance there won't be any mistake like last year. This will be a decisive moment and we will not disappoint our countrymen", said the yoga guru.

"One one hand, this government says people didn't come to Anna's fast. On the other hand, the same government says it's worried about a large number of people coming to our agitation. We will have our supporters coming throughout the length and breadth of India", he said.

"We are not giving a call for revolt. Our movement will be peaceful", said Ramdev reviving memories of the brutal police lathicharge on his supporters at Ramlila Maidan last year on June 3, in which one female supporter was killed.

The yoga guru said, he did not have a political agenda.

Ramdev fended off all questions relating to Anna Hazare, saying he won't make remarks which could create differences with the social activist.

Ramdev alleged that 60 to 80 per cent of the money coming to India through FDI was black money and was being pumped into real estate, bullion and IPL cricket.

He demanded abolition of banking secrecy laws to make public the names of persons bringing in black money to India.  He reiterated his demand for demanding offshore black money as national wealth.

Ramdev alleged that some senior government officials offered him to give a clean chit in return for bribes.

"I have also learnt that these officials are asking people having black money to give them bribes so that their names would not be disclosed. What's this?  Seeking black money to hide black money?", he asked.

Ramdev will be leaving for Delhi on Wednesday to lead his agitation at Ramlila Maidan.
