New Delhi: The Bahujan Samaj Party MP from Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, Dhananjay Singh faces serious charges of murder of CMO in the infamous NRHM (National Rural Health Mission) scam, and the murders of Sanjay Nishad and Nandlal on April 1, 2011 in Jaunpur.
On January 18, 2013, a local BSP leader in Baksha area of Jaunpur Anil Mishra was murdered by assailants. Mishra's family alleged the hand of Dhananjay Sigh behind the murder. A case against Dhananjay and three others was filed.
