New Delhi: Just ahead of Delhi Assembly Elections, the BJP released its third set of five questions, or "Paanch Sawaal", for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal, on Saturday. It had earlier released its first and second set of five questions each on Thursday and Friday, respectively.

After senior ministers Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Venkaiah Naidu, it was Ananth Kumar who accompanied Nirmala Sitharaman while the BJP leaders took the attack to AAP.

The BJP's posers to Kejriwal came after AAP released its much awaited manifesto earlier in the day. In its manifesto, the AAP had promised to cut Delhi's power tariff by half, enhanced security for women, clean water supply and to fight for the full statehood of Delhi, among other things.

Union commerce minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, "Arvind Kejriwal and his agenda could be described in one word — 'golmaal'."

The following are the five questions the BJP leader Ananth Kumar put before the AAP:

1) Why power tariff was raised by 7 percent in his 49-day rule last year?

2) Why the subsidy was given to the power companies directly?

3) Kejriwal did 189 VAT raids on traders, so why lie in advertisements? Why did it lie on VAT collection amount?

4) Why did Kejriwal not regularize contractual labour?

5) Why Kejriwal had claimed that he collected Rs.5,666 crore as VAT when in reality, the figure was only Rs.2,033 crore.
