New Delhi: Stepping up attack on Narendra Modi on the snooping issue, Congress today said that black flags will be shown to the BJP's prime ministerial candidate.

Party leaders Rita Bahuguna Joshi and Sobha Ojha also said the Gujarat Chief Minister will have no right to stay in office if charges in the case against him are established.

“What is being witnessed in Gujarat is a fascist arrangement, where dictator is one - the Chief Minister. He can kill any body and he can put any one under surveillance,” they said.

Dismissing BJP's charge that the revelations were part of the “dirty tricks department” of the Congress, Joshi suggested that the cap fits Narendra Modi as he has shown “unconstitutional and dirty attitude” by putting illegal surveillance on the young girl.

They sidestepped question when asked about the cases against former Rajasthan Ministers Mahipal Maderna and Babulal Nagar.
