Barabanki, UP, Feb 13: Even as Congress  president Sonia Gandhi was exhorting partymen at the Jaipur Chintan Shivir to abstain from ostentatious celebrations, Steel Minister Beni Prasad Verma celebrated his 73rd birthday here with bar dancers gyrating to heady music.
