A smartly turned contingent of cadets from the Pakistan Naval Academy on Tuesday took over guard duties at the mausoleum of father of the nation Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to pay homage to the great leader on the 67th Independence Day of Pakistan.
The 67th Independence Day of Pakistan is being celebrated with great enthusiasm and renewed commitment to make Pakistan strong, progressive and prosperous country in accordance with the vision of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and great philosopher and poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal.
Celebrations with a 31 gun salute in the federal capital and 21 gun salute in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.
The nation celebrated the 67th Independence Day on Tuesday with traditional zeal and fervour and a renewed commitment to make the motherland prosperous and impregnable.
