New Delhi: One of the world's richest men Bill Gates bought this mansion in the winter equestrian capital Wellington to boost his daughter's showjumping career.
The mansion was built in 2010. The four-acre luxury property near Lake Wellington has a swimming pool, four bedrooms and luxurious finishes, as well as a new 20-stall barn, paddocks and schooling area for horses.
Bill Gates, wife Melinda and their family rented the same house for four months in January for $500,000.
Media reports say, Bill Gates paid $8.7 million for the property .
