London, Sep 28: The happiest moments for a human being comes when he or she is nine years of age or 68 years old!
So says a research study by sweet brand Juicy Drop Pop, the Daily Mail reported.
It is clearly wrong to think that the wedding day or the child's birthday are the best times in one's life.
The research says the "prime of life" years -- the 20s and 40s -- are not when one enjoys life.
A total of 2,000 people between the ages of five and 80 were surveyed. The firm studied the exact points in life where Britons prioritise fun.
Two thirds -- 64 percent -- of those aged 68 claimed that having fun was one of the most important driving forces in their lives, a sentiment shared by 80 percent of those aged nine.
Almost three quarters - 72 per cent - of those in their 20s and 40s said having fun did not even register in importance compared to other priorities such as paying off debts and furthering careers.
Almost half the children - 47 per cent of those surveyed - believe their grandparents are far more fun than any other family member.
