Bareilly: Two students sustained serious injuries after being assaulted allegedly by a deputy manager for not attending school in proper uniform in Devaraniya area, police said today.

Mohammad Parvez (17) and Nazeer Ahmad (18), both students of class XII at Sheria Inter College, were assaulted by deputy manager Naseer Ahmad yesterday, station in charge Ramveer Singh Yadav said.

A case has been lodged upon the complaint of Parvez's father, he said.
