New Delhi, Aug 7: Youth Congress workers today staged a noisy protest outside the Pakistani High Commission in Chanakyapuri to protest against the killing of 5 Army jawans by Pakistanis near the Line of Control.
Delhi Police had to fire water cannons to prevent YC workers from toppling barricades and enter the high-security zone around the Pakistani High Commission.
Last evening, BJP Yuva Morcha workers led by Anurag Thakur had staged a protest outside the official residence of Defence Minister A K Antony over his statement in which he had said that terrorists wearing Pak army uniforms had crossed the LoC and killed the jawans.
