New Delhi: No matter if you are god-fearing or an atheist, a visit to a temple must have been an incident or accident in on your life.

People from different backgrounds with their specific purpose and intentions do land up in the temple every day. But, some characteristics are common to all.

Here we have listed 8 such characters which you would easily find in any Indian Temple.

 1. The Bhakts

These are the people, who really fulfill the meaning of being inside a temple. You will always see them chanting ‘bhajans' with eyes close and completely lost from the world.

2. The Christmas Trees

Don't be shocked! I am not talking about Christmas.

For all those, who come dressed up in those shimmer clothes, decked up with all those layers of make up and jewelry. I wonder if they were really coming to the temple or have accidentally landed up there instead of a wedding.

3. Persuaders

“Bhagwan is baar paas karwa dena, me roz mandir aaunga, I shapath.”

“Is baar ladka hi dena Krishna, pure 51 rs ka parshad chadaungi.”

“Bhagwan tender paas karwa do, agli baar se rishwat nhi lunga”

Do I have any need to say something more……??

4. Flirters

Not everybody goes to temple for worshipping. Some go for checking out the ‘sanskari girls' and ‘sanskari boys'.

5. Hungry Birds

Amid loud chants of bhajan and keertan's, if you hear someone whispering “Ye langar/bhandara kab shuru hoga?”. Then you have encountered with the ‘hungry bird' of the mandir.

They will continuously ask this question to people sitting around until they ultimately get the food in their mouth.

6. Say ‘Cheese' People

You won't find such people much inside the temple but for sure in its premises. They are in bid to capture each and every corner of the God's paradise in their cameras.

Loose clothes, big beard, camera in hnad or hanged in neck are some of thier ‘exclusive' characteristics.

7. Picnic Lovers

If you see a group of people comprising boys wearing boxers and girls wearing shorts or skirts, don't get panic. They are not aliens in the temple but the teenagers who have come there to get a break from their daily ‘hangout' plans.

8. Observers

The people who will analyze each and every character around them in the Temple and then go on write an article. Hey! That's me.
