Sirsa, Haryana, Jun 30: Nearly 15,000 cotton bales went up in smoke last night in a major fire in a godown here.
Ten fire tenders, of them three from the local IAF airbase, took nearly five hours to control the blaze.
The godown owned by Tony Chawla housed cotton products from Olam Agro.
Preliminary investigations are on to ascertaib the cause of fire.
