New Delhi: Recently, CPI leader Atul Anjan sparked a controversy after he made a statement that Bollywood actress Sunny Leone's condom advertisement has encouraged rape cases in the country.
While there have been various reactions to the CPI leader's statement, Sunny Leone herself decided to give the perfect reply to all the allegations.
The sultry diva took to Twitter to express her views over the controversy as she tweeted, “Sad when people of of power waste their time and energy on me, instead of focusing on helping those in need !!!!! #SHAME #EPICFAIL”.
Atul Anjan had demanded a ban on the condom ads that featured Sunny Leone.
He claimed that if such kind of advertisements continue to be aired on national TV and appear in newspapers, rape cases will increase and hence the ads need to be stopped.
“It is such a dirty and horrific advertisement that develops your sexuality and destroys your sensibility,” he added, while speaking at a rally in Uttar Pradesh.
