New Delhi: Telly town is no less than its elder cousin Bollywood when it comes to staying in the news. The actors of the television industry might draw less than the celebs we see on the silver screen but their popularity cannot be questioned.

1. Ankit Gera and Roopal Tyagi
Ankit and Roopal met on the sets of the show ‘Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke' and instantly hit it off. They soon parted ways and Roopal blamed it on Ankit's infidelity. As it turns out, Ankit was with Roopal and Adaa Khan at the same time.
Though Ankit has been evicted from the Bigg Boss 9 house in the first week, his presence around his ex-flame Roopal was bound to start controversies. Well, it is rumoured that he might return and we are waiting to see how it will turn out.
2. Daljeet Kaur and Shaleen Bhanot
Daljeet and Shaleen were a favourite in one of the seasons of the dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye'. They were together for five years and also had a baby boy. But then all hell broke loose on Daljeet when Shaleen started abusing her physically. They called it quits and Daljeet also filed a police complaint against her husband.
3. Divyanka Tripathi and Ssharad Malhotra
This couple got their first big role after they participated in a talent hunt show and got a TV serial after that. They were thought to be a match made in heaven. In fact, at one point of time, marriage was on the cards. But when things went south between them, they parted ways. According to rumours, Ssharad was cheating on Divyanka which led to their breakup.

4. Kushal Tandon and Gauhar Khan
Kushal and Gauhar met in the seventh edition of Bigg Boss. Their chemistry was loved by all and their love was testified by the way they cared for each other. Even after the show ended, their relationship went on. After seeing months of happiness, Kushal took to Twitter to tell their fans about the breakup. The reason for their breakup is reportedly because Gauhar pressurised Kushal to change his religion.
5. Karan Singh Grover and Jennifer Winget
Karan and Jenny were once the apple of everyone's eyes. The much in love Karan married Jennifer after his first marriage with Shraddha Nigam was doomed. Problems in their marriage started when Karan said that he didn't believe in the institution of the marriage and wanted to be a free bird. After their divorce, Karan starred in the movie ‘Alone' and apparently is dating actress Bipasha Basu.
6. Karan Patel and Kamya Punjabi
Karan and Kamya have always denied that they were nothing more than good friends. Sources close to Kamya assert that she made Karan a better person. When Karan announced his wedding with actress Ankita Bhargava, it broke Kamya who has already seen a failed marriage.
