New Delhi: Shahid Kapoor along with Shraddha Kapoor and director Vishal Bharadwaj was seen promoting their upcoming film ‘Haider' at the recently held Umang College festival in Mumbai.
Shedding his intense character from the movie, Shahid was in an all chilled out mood while promoting the film. Shahid and Shraddha who have shared a great chemistry on-screen and were seen getting in touchy-feely mood, as revealed from the pictures as well.
From cracking inside jokes, laughing carelessly like a teenager to posing for cameras, both stars seemed to be pretty comfortable with each other. The duo had even shot some intimate scene for the movie 'Haider'.
Their camaraderie and closeness not only reflects in reel life but real life too. They also shook a leg on stage and entertained the audience present over there.
The recently released trailer has been already a hit amid the audience. It was gory, intriguing and it shows a sizzling chemistry between both Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
'Haider' is Vishal Bhardwaj's adaption another William Shakespeare play 'Hamlet'. Both Shahid and Shraddha looked great together as they shared some cosy moments. The stars were seen in casual avatars and enjoyed the event thoroughly.
The movie is based on past and present Kashmir. Vishal in the past has adapted two of Shakespeare's work, Macbeth (Maqbool) and Othello (Omkara).
Shahid Kapoor will be seen in totally different avatar in the movie.Shedding his trademark chocolate-boy image, actor Shahid Kapoor will be sporting a dense beard and short trimmed hair.
Haider is slated for release on October 2, this year with along with Hrithik-Katrina starrer Bang Bang.
