tv serial actor abir goswami dies of heart attack during workout on treadmill
Mumbai, June 1 : TV serial actor Abir Goswami, who acted in Hindi films such as Khakee, Lakshya and Darna Mana Hai and TV serials Kkusum, Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli, Hotel Kingston and Pyar Ka Dard Hai, died on Thursday night when he suffered a massive heart attack while working on a treadmill. He was 37.
He is survived by wife Koyel Nath Goswami. They had married three years ago.
Goswami had a seizure while working out on a treadmill at a gym. He was rushed to a hospital in Malad where he died soon after.
Abir was diagnosed with lymphoma in May 2012 and had undergone surgery.
The Mumbai TV industry mourned the sudden passing away of the actor, with celebs taking to Twitter.
