New Delhi: Veteran actor Juhi Chawla believes in the power of the TV medium but says film actors better fit reality shows because they offer them a different experience.

"I have not seen many people from films being able to do fiction," Juhi told IANS here.

"A lot of people do feel it's good, but I feel doing a reality show is better suited for film actors; in a fiction show, they will still be playing a star in a story. Reality shows are still different," she added.

Her thoughts come as an extension of her recent comment that she found megastar Amitabh Bachchan's look in game show "Kaun Banega Crorepati" more "dapper" than in his debut fiction show "Yudh".

But brushing off the "extent to which the statement has been blown up", she said that while she had not followed "Yudh", she loves Big B in "Kaun Banega Crorepati".

The actress, who charmed movie audiences with her performance in films like "Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak", "Aaina", "Hum Hain Rahi Pyaar Ke" and "Darr", has recently been roped in as the face of Multi Screen Media's new Hindi general entertainment channel SONY PAL.

Having featured as a judge in non-fiction shows such as "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3" and anchored a children's chat show "Badmaash Company" in the past, Juhi is game for more on the 'idiot box'.

Is a show on the anvil on SONY PAL?

"I think yes. Right now, they're launching the first phase of the channel, but I'm sure we will work around something.

"I would like it to be entertaining so that I am able to make people laugh and cry, and something with which I can add value to others' lives. It could be any kind of show," Juhi said.

The actress was offered a fiction show on TV, but it wasn't the best time for her to take it up.

"The show was a bit of a thrilling murder mystery. It was dark and my brother (Bobby Chawla) had just passed away then (in March). I just couldn't think of doing it," said the 46-year-old.

As a viewer herself, she loves to unwind while watching "Comedy Nights With Kapil".

"After a hard day's work, Kapil and his team keep me entertained. I also enjoy watching dance shows and music-based shows," said the mother of two.
