Mumbai, Actor Suniel Shetty has been booked for allegedly cheating an Udaipur based film producer.
Producer Hemendra Singh has alleged that Suniel has taken an advance of Rs 21 lakh from him for doing his film 'Mumbai Kiski'.
If the producer is to be believed then the actor remained unavailable and did not return the advance even after refusing to work in the film.
An FIR has been filed against Suniel. The actor agreed to act in the film for Rs 70 lakh in June last year.
