This Bollywood actress refused to work with Shah Rukh Khan!

Swara Bhaskar, who was lauded for her performance in 'Tanu Weds Manu', is once again gearing up to showcase her never-seen-before avatar, in her forthcoming flick ‘Anarkali of Arrah’.

Swara Bhaskar, who was lauded for her performance in 'Tanu Weds Manu', is once again gearing up to showcase her never-seen-before avatar, in her forthcoming flick ‘Anarkali of Arrah’. The actress is creating a lot of buzz these days for her bold statements. 

In her very daring act, apparently, the actress, refused to work opposite King Khan, Shah Rukh in one of his film. 

Interestingly, who in the Bollywood would like to miss the opportunity of working with the romance king. But, yes exactly! this ‘Nil Battey Sannata’ fame actress, refused to play the character of Shah Rukh’s mother in a film.

Swara, too had a long-time desire to work with SRK in a film and when the actress learnt that ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ director, Anand L Rai, with who she has worked earlier as well, is planning to team up with SRK for a film, reportedly, Swara too approached the director for a role in his film. 

 

Reportedly, before approaching Rai, Swara placed her desire that she don’t want to portray Shah Rukh’s daughter or sister in the film, revealed the sources.   

In response, Rai said all the cast of his films are already chosen and the only character left is of Shah Rukh’s mother. Swara took Rai’s offer just as joke and preferred ignoring it.
