TV actress Jigyasa Singh, who plays the lead in Thapki Pyaar Ki is all set to take a long break from the show as she is suffering from swine flu. Now, the makers have roped in telly actress Hunar Hale to play Jigyasa’s part on the show.
Thapki Pyaar Ki producer, Mr. Vedraj confirmed the news to a leading daily saying that Hunar Hale will be the new heroine of the show and Jigyasa will be out of the frame for at least a month. He informed that Jigyasa has been advised to take bed rest as she is suffering from severe swine flu. The producer went on to elaborate that the makers have to cast another heroine as it was not possible to air the show without the protagonist.
It is yet to be seen if Hunar continues the show after Jigyasa’s return. There is no denying that Jigyasa is the face of Thapki Pyaar Ki and audiences have showered their love on her. Well, Hunar’s fate and hard work will decide her future as she have to prove herself to the audience for her appreciation as a proponent.
This would be Hunar’s first comeback after marriage as she had tied the knot with Mayank Gandhi on August 28, last year. Hunar made her debut with Kahahi Ghar Ghar Ki and has been face of some popular shows like 12/24 Karol Bagh, Chall-Sheh Aur Maat, Sasuraal GendaPhool and Dehleez.
