Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Raabta will reportedly share the screen space with Disha Patani in Robby Grewal’s directorial venture Romeo Akbar Walter.
Both Disha and Sushant had earlier worked together in M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. If reports are to be believed, Disha was approached for the role and the actress has also given her nod. It is also being heard that producers of the film are planning to make the official announcement soon.
The poster of Romeo Akbar Walter was released recently that featured Sushant. The actor will reportedly play the role of a RAW agent in the film.
Speculations were rife that Chanda Mama Door that also featured Sushant was offered to the actress but she turned down the role.
Disha made her Bollywood debut with Neeraj Pandey’s directorial M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story that also entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club.
Disha was last seen in Jackie Chan starrer Kung Fu Yoga.
On a related note, Sushant will be sharing the screen space for the first time with his rumoured lover Kriti Sanon. Directed by Dinesh Vijan, Raabta is slated to release on June 9.
