Saif Ali Khan fans, the wait is finally over.!After facing an order for 73 cuts from CBFC and a delayed release date, the Kaalakaandi trailer is here. Produced by Cinestaan Film Company and Ashi Dua Sara of Flying Unicorn, the film stars Saif along with the eclectic ensemble of Deepak Dobriyal, Vijay Raaz, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Akshay Oberoi, Isha Talwar, Shenaz Treasury, Shivam Patil, Amyra Dastur, Nary Singh and Neil Bhoopalam. It is refreshing to see Khan take risks and play roles one wouldn't expect him to play. He clearly has a plan carved out for himself.

The Kaalakaandi trailer manages to reel us in and honestly, we can’t wait for the film to release already. Given the genre of the film, it is obvious that there is a liberal use of abuses, which might be beeped off. Yes, even from the trailer. So the sooner you watch it the better it will be to get a taste of the film. Kaalakandi is in the same space as Delhi Belly. Given that Akshat Verma has written and directed this one as well, it hardly comes as a surprise. Watch it here.

The trailer has a tagline, 'Every action has a reaction...That's when Kaalakaandi happens.” The thrilling dark comedy will hit the screens on January 12, 2018.
