Shraddha Kapoor, who started the year with Half Girlfriend opposite Arjun Kapoor, is set to impress with a never-seen-before avatar in Haseena Parkar. The biopic made huge headlines when its trailer was released. Now, the makers have come up with a new poster for the film, which looks interesting all the way. In the picture, we can see Shraddha aka Aapa striking a pose with her husband, played by Ankur Bhatia and four children.

The movie that features the actress as underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's sister is slated to hit the screens on August 18. Haseena Parkar teaser gave us a glimpse to her life as Aapa. The one feared her and looked upto her, all called her as ‘Godmother’ or ‘Gangster.’ She had 88 cases registered under her name but attended the court session only once. The beefed up kajal laden look by Shraddha Kapoor impressed us to the fullest.

Taking to her Twitter handle, the 30-year-old actress shared the new poster of her upcoming film. “Very excited to share the brand new poster of #HASEENAPARKAR releasing #18thAugust”, the actress tweeted.

Haseena Parkar is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and will portray Shraddha in a totally different avatar. The actress will be seen donning different looks as her character ages. She will be sharing screen space with her real-life brother Siddharth Kapoor, who will play Dawood Ibrahim in the film.

Speaking about the film, Shraddha recently said, "I think it's one of most different roles of my career so far for sure because I think I have played more positive characters, and this is first character which is more grey shaded. I hope people can see (my) conscious effort of playing something different."
