New Delhi: The year 2016 has been quite jinxed for celebrity couples as many of them were seen calling quits. However the most shocking split came up when Farhan Akhtar announced his separation with wife Adhuna Bhabani.
The ‘Rock On’ actor has always been considered to be a family man, and his decision to call off his 16 years long wedding came as a rude shock for everyone.
While everyone was speculating what made it couple part ways, it was reported that Farhan had an extra-marital affair with Shraddha Kapoor.
Indeed, this raised a lot of eyebrows. Though Farhan chose to stay mum over the reports, Shraddha decided to spill the beans about their rumoured love affair.
While talking to a leading daily the ‘ABDC 2’ actress sounded quite upset with reports of her link-up with Farhan and stated, “There’s a limit to everything. You can’t just cook up everything and write about. You have to consider people’s sentiments and you have to think about the people involved.”
The diva even spoke about her relationship and break-up with her ‘Aashiqui 2’ co-star Aditya Roy Kapur and stated that the two never dated each other.
“No. We were never a couple. It was just a rumour and people got carried away with Aashiqui 2 and started believing that we were a couple,” Shraddha said.
On the work front, Shraddha Kapoor has just wrapped up the shooting of her forthcoming movie ‘Ok Jaanu’. Also starring Aditya Roy Kapur, the movie is slated to release on January 13, 2017.
