Based on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Swachh Bharat campaign the film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is all set to hit the cinemas on August 11. The Shree Narayan Singh film features Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. Veteran actor Anupam Kher will also be seen in a pivotal role. The power-packed star cast are currently in the capital to promote Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and, the trio were spotted having fun at the event. The film deals with the need of sanitation in India.

The Jolly LLB 2 actor clarified that Central Board of Film Certification has ordered three verbal cuts in the film, contrary to reports. Speculations were rife from quite some time that CBFC demanded eight verbal cuts in the film. The actor stated that the news of eight cuts came as a surprise to him. Khiladi Kumar made this revelation while interacting with media during a promotional event.

"I have read news that the film has got eight or nine cuts from the censor board, but this is wrong. We have got three verbal cuts in the film," Akshay clarified in response to a question by IANS here.

"I remember one of the cuts clearly... They asked us to remove the word 'haraami' and there two more verbal cuts. I don't know from where this news comes that the film has got 8 cuts... I was surprised myself," added the National Award-winning actor.
