After Sonu Nigam azaan row, Divyanka Tripathi speaks about religion

After the recent Sonu Nigam’s Azaan controversy, Nach Baliye 8 contestant Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, spoke in depth about religion, faith and belief today.

After the recent Sonu Nigam’s Azaan controversy, Nach Baliye 8 contestant Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, spoke in depth about religion, faith and belief today. 

Television most loved actress and Ye Hai Mohabbatein star Divyanka recently also gave her opinion about gender equality, which is considered most sensitive issue of the society.

Expressing her concern on the gender equality issue and discrimination existing in the society, especially with the females, Divyanka earlier said there should be equal rules in the society both for men and women. 

Through one of her Instagram posts during International Women’s Day, Divyanka hinted towards discrimination being done to women as they are barred from entering temples during menstrual periods. She said, ‘’You can’t enter the temple, if you are menstruating,’’ Smiling, the Goddess, went back home.’’

And now through her latest Twitter post, Divyanka once gain expressed her views on religion and said, ‘’ #Karma... The best religion to follow! Do good. Receive good.’’

Divyanka further said that let them judge you, let them misunderstand you. Let them gossip about you…you stay kind and humble. 

The Nach Baliye 8 contestant quoted Scott Stabile and said no matter what people say about you, you should not dare to doubt your worth and beauty. 

Well, Divyanka through her latest tweet has shed light on the greatest teaching of life, which if followed can bring peace and serenity to all.

Earlier Divyanka voicing in favour of Nigam azaan row, said that moderation of speaker is important for all. 

Popular for her character Ishita in television soap, Ye hai Mohabbatein, Divyanka said that equal regulation is needed for all whether it is mosque, temple, gurudwara or church.  

Divyanka added that it is not about any religion but it’s a civic issue.

It is worthy to mention here that Bollywood playback singer Sonu Nigam bid adieu to Twitter today after his recent azaan controversy. 

Nigam wrote, ''2 I bid adieu to Twitter and my close to 7 Million followers today, leaving most Disappointed and angry at me, and some Sadists Happy.— Sonu Nigam (@sonunigam) May 24, 2017.''
