Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Arun Kumar said, a team from the central zone of ATS (Anti-terrorist squad) on a tip-off arrested Jahangir alias Hassan Siddiqui, a native of UP's Balrampur district.
Jahangir was nabbed from Paandareeba road near the railway station last evenig. He is being questioned by ATS sleuths.
