New Delhi: The increasing rate of crime against women in UP has now traversed the boundaries of educational institutions.

A government school principal has been accused of molesting two minor students in Kanpur.

According to mother of one of the victims, her daughter told her about the incident a few days back when the accused principal called her in his office and did some nasty acts. When the girl reported the matter to the family, they went to the school and warned the principal and the principal apologized for his act. .

However, according to the mother of the second victim, her girl came back crying just half an hour after the school started, and complained her mother about the principal molesting her.

The victim also alleged that the accused bit her on her cheek and threatened her not to tell anyone.

The incident generated uproar amongst the family members and before they reached the school, the principal absconded after locking up the school.

However the police has registered a compliant against the principal under the Pasco Act, and is further investigating the case.
