Hyderabad: S. Radha, 30, wife of a Telangana State Special Police constable  and daughter of an ECIL employee, had gone missing from her in-laws' house in Tarnaka on December 6. The victim's family has alleged that her husband, D. Venkat Ramana, 34, a constable of the 1st battalion, had been harassing her for dowry since a year.

The victim was found dead in Hussainsagar on Thursday. Her family is blaming their son- in-law for killing their daughter and throwing the body into the lake.

The accused husband has been booked under a case for dowry death and has been taken into the custody.  He had been allegedly harassing Radha for a dowry of Rs 4 lakh.

The couple got married in 2009 and has two children.
