Mohit was a native of Jodhpur but had fled to Mumbai after stealing Rs 90 lakhs from an advocate's house in Jodhpur in January.

Jodhpur police was on his tail, but Charkop police nabbed Mohit from his rented flat and immediately informed Jodhpur Police.
Out of the stolen money he had spent Rs. 50, 000 for paying the rent of his house and other Rs. 50, 000 for making his portfolio.
