New Delhi: One of the masterminds of Chinnaswamy Stadium blasts in 2010, Yasin Bhatkal has told a senior Karnataka police officer that he wanted to join the police force but circumstances forced him to become a jihadi for which he said, he had no regrets.

 
One of the police officers interrogating Bhatkal was amazed to know when he heard Bhatkal ask him if he remembered meeting him at a gym in Bhatkal.

Bhatkal, 30, told him that he was only 12-years old that time and wanted to join the police force. But when he was indoctrinated by jihadists,, he decided to let go of his dream and became a jihadi.
