New Delhi: After the brutal Delhi gangrape case at the fag end of  2012 the air was filled with grief and anger across the country. The agitation which followed the fatal gangrape made it seem like that the women in the country from now on will be handled with utmost safety and care.

1) Tarun Tejpal sexual assault case: In the month of November last year, a female journalist who worked with the reputed news organization Tehelka accused the organization's founder-editor-in-chief Tarun Tejpal with sexual assault. The journalist alleged that she was sexually assaulted by Tejpal inside a lift of a 5-star hotel in Goa during the Think Festival organized by Tehelka.
