"By the time, the PCR van reached there, Nido had compromised with the shopkeeper and paid Rs 7,000. The PCR van picked up Nido and Farma and brought them to the Lajpat Nagar police station.

"At the police station, both sides gave in writing that they did not want to pursue the matter, and that they had worked out a deal. They refused to undergo medical examination, and hence no FIR was registered.
