Ranchi: Seven year old Sujit Munda succumbed to his injuries yesterday after he was allegedly brutally thrashed by his teacher Mohammad Arshad Hussain for not able to answer a question.

 


According to Munda's family, the boy was beaten up on Tuesday with a bamboo stick by Hussain.
 
The class 1 student of Rajkiya Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya in Barhe village, Munda complained of severe back pain the next day and stayed home till Saturday. On early Sunday morning he couldn't bear the pain and died.
