New Delhi: The year 2013 has seen many crucial verdicts out of which one of the most crucial one was the conviction of Delhi gangrape accused. However, the verdict of the year became the one given for the Noida Double Murder case.

After a 5 year long battle the Talwars had fought in order to escape conviction came to an end in the month of November, 2013. The Supreme Court convicted the Talwar couple of killing their daughter and domestic help Hemraj.

According to the Supreme Court following were the reasons why it was the Talwar couple and no one else that could have killed Aarushi and Hemraj.

According to the statement given by Rajesh Talwar's driver, Umesh Sharma, both Rajesh and Nupur Talwar were seen with Aarushi and Hemraj inside their Jal Vayu Vihar flat in Noida at around 9:30pm on May 15, 2008.
