New Delhi: As the country mourns the death anniversary of nation's braveheart `Damini' one must realize this that nationwide anger over this heinous incident did not mark an end to atrocities against women in the national capital region.

The gruesome incident was followed by a series of many gangrapes in the capital; some of them were outrightly brutal. .

1. Four months after the Delhi ganrape case, a 5-year old girl was raped by two men who stayed in her neighborhood. The incident took place in Delhi's Gandhi Nagar area. According to the chargesheet filed by the police, the accused Manoj and Pradeep consumed alcohol and then watched a porn film on the day of the incident. After watching the porn movie, they began looking for a prostitute. Not having enough money, the accused lured the 5-year old girl to their house with a chocolate. There they raped her and imitated all the acts they had seen in the porn movie.
