Jaipur: Two days have gone by since robbers not only ransacked a house in Jaipur, but also gangraped a woman and stabbed her husband. The local police are still struggling to gather evidences to identify the robbers.

The police have taken help from mobile networking companies to track all the calls that were made Friday night so that they could locate mobile phones belonging to the couple that was stolen.

They are also gathering information of criminals who have a record of committing such violent robberies in the city in the recent past. Besides, they are also zeroing in on gangs who have committed such dacoity in the past. Though police officers remained tightlipped about the investigation, sources said that the cops are still struggling to get concrete evidence in the case.

The police are also trying to find out if any fingerprints lifted from the house matched with any known criminal.

So far the cops have not been successful in their investigation, but are hoping to trace some evidence soon.
