Hyderabad: When the Hyderabad police grilled an auto driver for a suspected burglary, they were stunned to find out that he was more than just a petty thief.

The driver confessed to having unprotected sex with over 300 women after discovering that he was HIV-positive, according to the Times of India.

The police were called in after a software engineer based in Uppal complained that five tolas of gold jewellery were stolen from his house.

The techie had travelled out of the city for work and left the keys with a bunch of his friends, including the 31-year-old driver.

All the friends were interrogated and the driver eventually confessed to the crime.

When he was questioned further, he came clean about his sexual history.

He was reportedly married three times but all his wives left him.

The driver revealed that he visited prostitutes daily and also had sex with other women including some housewives whose children he dropped at school.
