Acheja (main accused) loved Vandana (27) who is the daughter of Sahab Singh Rawat.
She was being engaged to his fiancée on Friday at Madhuban Palace, Awas Vikas colony. Suddenly, Acheja reached the ceremony venue with his friend in a car.
He was carrying a pistol with him with which he shot Vandana who died on the spot. Vandana's younger sister (26) when came to rescue her, she was also shot dead by the mad man.
