Lucknow:  Police have finally arrested the man who is  accused of killing his Facebook friend Gauri Srivastava in UP.

The accused Himanshu was a face book friend of the victim for more than one and half years. Police have also recovered the saw  that was used for killing Gauri.

 “ The accused Himanshu Prajapati knew Gauri from one and half years and loved her. On 1st February, he took Gauri to his home. He became angry after seeing some objectionable photographs of Gauri in her mobile and in the ensuing rage he strangled her later dismembered her body with a saw and threw them at different places,” DGP, UP Police, A K Jain said,

Police have also arrested Himanshu's accomplice Anuj.  

Police have also recovered Gauri's Jacket, the saw used in the murder, Himashu's motorcycle ,his helmet and wiper used to mope the blood.

Gauri left her home at 1 PM on February 1 and never returned home, her dismembered body was found spread over a stretch of one and a half kilometres.
