Pushpa Devi, the widow of businessman Bajranglal Bokadia, told police that she was in Rajasthan, when she lost her car keys and rang up her brother Pramod to fetch the duplicate keys.
Pramod sent his servant to Bajranglal's house where a 22-year-old girl wearing a red dress and black salwar came out, looking worried. She went inside and came out to give the duplicate keys to the servant. Since then the girl has vanished.
The businessman's widow Pushpa said, her husband had sold a property worth several crores of rupees recently, and had kept a large amount of cash inside the house.
According to police, the multiple murders were a result of meticulous planning involving several persons. A police picket had been posted close to the house, manned by policemen between 7pm and 8 pm.
Investigators believe the killers left the house any time after 8 pm. They had scrubbed blood stains from the floor before leaving, sources said.
