The victim demands a DNA test to be conducted on her new born son which can be used as evidence to prove that accused Baljit Singh is the father of her child.

If the DNA tests prove that Baljit Singh is the father of the child, in that case the child will become liable to receive as much share of his property as his legitimate children will receive.
