The brutal murder took place in Tilak Nagar locality on Friday. 56-year-old stepfather Shivaji asked his wife Nanda to send their daughter to a relative's place, then made Rohan consume alcohol and drugs.
After Rohan fell unconscious, Shivaji slashed his neck with a kitchen knife. Nanda threw a marble slab on her son's face.
