45 law students arrested by Mumbai police for propagating 'obscenity' at a party

Lonavala, Mumbai: Mumbai police on Thursday night arrested around 45 law students who were partying hard in a bungalow in the upmarket Gold Valley Society near Tungarli Lake .


Among 45, 25 were men and 20 were women who were celebrating successful completion of their law degree.

Youngsters belonged Pravin Gandhi College of Law in Vile Parle.

Police had booked students on charges of drinking alcohol without permits, being scantily clad, and breaking noise regulations.

After undergoing medical tests at the government hospital, the students and bungalow caretaker Dilip Yadav were produced before a magistrate court at Vadgaon-Maval on Thursday morning.
