Afghan National Burnt In Delhi Car Fire, 3 Others Suffer Burns

Afghan National Burnt In Delhi Car Fire, 3 Others Suffer Burns

New Delhi, Feb 16: An Afghan national was killed and three others were injured when a car in which they were travelling rammed into a divider and caught fire in south Delhi.

The incident took place on Rao Tula Ram Marg between Vasant Vihar and Munirka at around 5 am. The  deceased has been identified as Qasim (25).

“The car was speeding and it rammed into the divider.  Then the car caught fire. Qasim died in the incident, while three other Afghan nationals  suffered burns,” a senior police official said.

The injured are undergoing treatment  at the AIIMS Trauma centre.

The Afghan nationals were staying in Lajpat Nagar.
