New Delhi, Feb 11: Micromax's much awaited Canvas HD A116 will be launched in India on Valentine's day, i.e. on Thursday.
"Colours can come alive," said Micromax on its website, announcing the launch of Canvas HD on February 14.
The Micromax Canvas HD will come with 1.2 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6589 processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and 1 GB of RAM. There is 4 GB of internal storage in the phone which can be expanded to up to 32 through a micro SD card. Besides, 5 inch display bearing handset will have dual cameras including an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front unit. Moreover, it would have support for 3G, WiFi 802.11 (b/g/n), Bluetooth, and GPS/A-GPS. Further there will be a 2100 mAh battery.
The new Micromax Canvas HD is likely to be priced between Rs 12,000-14,000. At this price, the Canvas HD is going to be pretty exciting considering its attractive specifications.
