New Delhi: The India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) Thursday signed an agreement with Taipei Computer Association (TCA) to promote electronic system design and manufacturing (ESDM) industry cooperation between India and Taiwan, a statement said here.

IESA is a trade body representing the Indian ESDM industry.

The agreement is part of the collaboration with TCA under which IESA will extend support to promote investments for India and set-up of the design and manufacturing ecosystem in the country, also helping the Taiwan-based companies to partner with the Indian ecosystem.

“The ESDM landscape is evolving. Today, Taiwan wants to move ahead and invest in other countries.
